Ahhhh Sunday. The one day of the week that I have a love/hate relationship with. I love it because Sundays are for sleeping in, grocery shopping, and doing something fun. I hate it because it means that the weekend is over and tomorrow is Monday. Ugh.
However, I’m actually really looking forward to tomorrow! Why? I don’t have to work, so I’m going to Hobby Lobby and Michaels and The Bachelorette is back! If that doesn’t sound like a great Monday I don’t know what does 🙂
But I’m not here to talk about tomorrow, I’m hear to talk about my weekend!
Fair warning, I have zero pictures from this weekend because I was filling my phone with pictures for a DIY we were working on. (More on that in a bit!)
Friday was such a strange day, weather wise! It started out with crazy thunderstorms, then sun for a few hours and then right back to crazy thunderstorms! My BFF came over and we spent the night catching up on Pretty Little Liars and eating nachos.
Saturday we slept in a bit and headed to Trev’s parents house. We finished and AMAZING DIY that I seriously can’t wait to share with all of you! You’re not going to believe me when I tell you how dang cheap it was to make, how little time it took, and how beautiful it turned out! I’m not sure if it will be going up later this week, or the next. But I promise you, you’re going to want to read all about it!
Today, Trev spent some time with his dad and I laid out in the sunshine. We headed home just before lunch and have already finished our grocery shopping, hanging our DIY (a little hint for ya!) and now trying to get someone in to fix all the things wrong with our apartment. Something from above us is leaking and we have a massive water spot on our living room ceiling thats starting to grow, and our freakin’ shower won’t stop running a steady stream. It started Friday, we called in a work order and they still haven’t come to fix it. Sounds like cold showers for us until tomorrow. Ugh.
Have a wonderful rest of your Sunday loves!
I’m back tomorrow with a post about waterfalls. And you won’t want to miss it because waterfalls are awesome!
