Hey hey! Happy Thursday! We are officially ONE sleep away from the weekend, and y’all I couldn’t be more excited! I’m ready for date night, supporting my hubby’s team, a get together with friends, football and Fall fun! I just can’t wait.
But before I can do all that, I’ve got to get through today and tomorrow. Ugh. But I’ve got one thing that’s getting me through today, and it’s sitting in the slow cooker at home. I LOVE my slow cooker. We use it all the time. Whether we’re making Italian Beef for sandwiches, chicken that we can shred for multiple recipes, or full on dinners, our slow cooker is a staple in our household, and we use it at least once a week.
And today, I’m working with my friends at Your Best Digs (have you seen this website?! They review everything and anything you could possibly need for your home! It’s really great) to share TEN slow cooker recipes that you will want to make over and over and over again!
These slow cooker recipes are easy peasy (can you tell I spend my days with 5 year olds? haha) and each only calls for FIVE ingredients! You can find them all here! (We’re trying the sausage and pepper hoagies tonight!)
And as always, you know I don’t recommend anything to you without trying it first! Want to see what we made?!
I mean… how perfect does this dinner look? !Of all the yummy recipes we found, the Mac and Cheese was calling our names! We grabbed all of our ingredients and our beloved crock pot and got to work!
The only down side of the Mac and Cheese is that it’s not a recipe that you can throw in the crockpot and just leave like the others. This one has some prep work (like pre-boiling your noodles) and has to be stirred every half hour or so. (I stirred mine more.) So this isn’t a recipe you can make while you’re away at work. But it was perfect for me to throw together while I sat home on a Sunday doing Fall DIYs 🙂
Our Mac and Cheese turned out so yummy! You can find the recipe below!
Want to try another 5 Ingredient Slow Cooker Recipe? Head over to Your Best Digs right now! We’re making the Queso for watching football this weekend!
Alright my loves. I’m off to finish this week out strong! The weekend is so close I can practically taste it! I’ll be back on Sunday with a weekend round up. I’ll see you then 🙂
