Shower With Me! What’s In My Shower.

Hi Friends! Happy, happy Monday! Today, we’re trying a new blog post… a Shower With Me! I promise, this isn’t R rated. HAHA I’m simply going to be sharing all the products I’ve been using and loving lately! I’ve shared my favorite beauty products a bunch, but never my favorite products that keep me smelling good 🙂 Some are new, and some are old favorites, but all of these products will leave you feeling squeaky clean and looking your absolute best.

So, are you curious to see what’s in my shower? Let’s get started!

Dae Hair Shampoo & Conditioner

My new favorite Shampoo and Conditioner is my favorite blogger, Amber Fillerup Clark’s new haircare line, Dae Hair. Inspired by her home in Arizona, these hair products make your shower smell like an orange grove and hair so soft and shiny. I love love love them!

The shampoo is my favorite because I am obsessed with how it smells! The first time I used it though, I was super confused because it wasn’t really lathering up. Then, I watched one of Amber’s Instagram stories where she mentioned that because these products are sulfate free, your hair has to be drenched to get a good lather. So the next time when I washed my hair (I only wash my hair two days a week) I tried getting my hair really wet first. And it lathered like a dream!

I like this conditioner but I’m not obsessed with it. It’s really good, and because I paid quite a bit of money for it, I will use it up. I just don’t love the smell as much as the shampoo, and I really love the next conditioner I’m going to talk about that is more than half the price. However, I’m planning on purchasing the deep conditioner from Dae next, to use once a week! Grab your Dae Hair products here!

Aussie Three Minute Miracle Deep Conditioner

I read once that Caila Quinn (the girl that should have won Ben Higgin’s season based on her hair alone) has been using this conditioner her entire life, and I decided to try it. It keeps my hair so healthy and smooth! And it’s literally less than $3. It’s been a staple of mine for 3 years now, and I can tell you it won’t be going anywhere anytime soon. Get a three pack here!

Olay Age Defying Body Wash

This is another oldie but goodie in my shower. I love love love this body wash. I’ve used it for so long that the smell of it now is comforting and feels like home the second I smell it. (Weird. I know.) I love this because it leaves my skin super soft and moisturized. So much so, that I don’t have to use lotion after getting out of the shower. I’ve even got Trev hooked on this body wash, and now we buy it in bulk. I use it with a loofa to slightly exfoliate my skin every day. Grab it here.

And on days that my skin is feeling dull and like it needs some extra love, I pull out this guy…

Tree Hut Charcoal Detoxifying Body Cleanser

This cleanser is AMAZING when I need a good scrub. However, I wouldn’t use it every day! After multiple uses it makes my skin a little bit too exfoliated… Get your new detoxifying cleanser here.

And for the days that I just need to smell really good, I like to pull out a shower gel from Bath and Body Works.

Any Bath and Body Works Shower Gel

I’ver never liked these for every day use (I don’t find them to be moisturizing enough) but I do love them for special occasions! I feel like they help me smell extra good. This one is my absolute favorite, but it’s from last year and I can’t seem to find it on the site again! I’m not sure if it’s discontinued or it’s just not the right time of year. However, you can’t go wrong with any of their shower gels. They all smell amazing!

Schick Quattro YOU Disposable Razors

Snapple Fact… I only use disposable razors! I hate how expensive razor blades are, and I feel like these particular Schick Quattro Disposables are just as good as the non disposable ones. These are for sensitive skin, and give me a close shave with barely any nicks and cuts. (I buy mine at the grocery store but you can get a two pack here.)

And I absolutely can not shave without my…

Cremo Shave Cream

This is such a unique shaving cream! It’s not like the kind that you spray up and it foams up. It’s more like lotion that you rub on your legs. You use it once, shave, and then rub your legs and it lathers back up and lets you shave again. It’s highly concentrated and activated by water, so you only need a teeny little drop. I’m not joking when I say one bottle lasts me MONTHS. I always shop for mine in the men’s section, because they still smell good and are much cheaper than the ones they sell in the women’s shaving aisle. (Stupid Pink Tax. However, I’m pretty sure that at Target they are priced the same. At my local grocery store they aren’t.) You can grab a two pack of my favorite minty one here!

And last but not least, my face wash.

Neutrogena Hydro Boost Cleansing Gel

I’ve been using this face soap for a year now and I’m still not exactly sure how I feel about it. I like it because it doesn’t have any harsh chemicals and my skin looks decent. But it doesn’t keep my skin as clear as Proactiv does. However, everything else I’ve tried just breaks me out or doesn’t live up to my expectations. So until I find something that blows me out of the water, I’ll continue to use this! You can find it here.

So my friends, what are your favorite products to use to get squeaky clean?! Leave them below. I’m always looking for an excuse to spend more time in the shower… and testing new products is just the ticket 🙂

I have my meeting tomorrow night, so no new post. But I’ll be back on Wednesday!

Have a great night everyone! It’s hometowns on The Bachelor!!!! Who do you think is getting sent home?! (I know. Because I read Reality Steve. HAHA)

I’ll talk to you soon!

Xx.
